Ingredients:

Butter

Flour
·
Sugar
Method:
12 oz flour
8 oz Butter
4 oz Sugar
Mix the above ingredients like a pastry, kneading if
necessary.
Roll to ½ inch thickness on a baking tray or tin. Or roll
two 8 inch rounds. Or roll ½ inch thick and let the children cut fancy shapes.
Bake in Moderate oven [between 325 F –
350 F or 170 C – 180 C] till pale golden, 30 – 60 minutes, according to size.
Cut into pieces while warm.
