2 packs of medium size noodles [Indomie noodles
(or any other) chicken flavor]

1 cup of soyabean curd, crushed.
·
100 grams of corned beef
· 1/2 c milk
·
2 medium onions, finely chopped
·
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
·
1 egg ,beaten
·
2 stalks spring onion, thinly sliced
·
2 tablespoons of flour
·
2 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
·
Salt
·
Pepper
Method:
1.
Boil noodles in briskly boiling water and simmer
for 3 minutes. Take noodles out from water and drain well.
2.
Fry garlic and Onions in oil and add corned beef
,soyabeans curd, spring onions, breadcrumbs and noodle seasoning powder. Stir
well. Remove from pan.
3.
Combine the noodles and fried ingredients. Add
the milk, beaten egg and flour. Mix well.
4.
Shape the mixture into flat round cakes
5.
Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown
6.
Serve while Hot.
*Makes 6 – 8 servings.
