How to make Noodle Satay:

Ingredients:
·         2 packs of medium size noodles [Indomie nodles (or any other) chicken flavor]
·         100 grams corned beef
·         2 eggs beaten
·         100 cc milk
·         2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
·         1 medium onions, finely chopped
·         2 stalks spring onions, thinly sliced
·         Salt and Pepper
·         Cooking / Vegetable oil
·         Flour
·         Additional breadcrumbs
·         Egg whites beaten.

Method:
1.    Boil noodles in briskly boiling water and simmer for 3 minutes. Take noodles out of water and drain well.
2.    Fry the onions in cooking oil. Add corned beef, spring onions, salt, pepper, and noodle seasoning powder. Stir well, Remove from fire.
3.    Add fried ingredients into the noodles. Add the beaten eggs, milk and breadcrumbs. Mix well.
4.    Shape the mixture into small balls about 25cm in diameter. Cover with egg white, and then cover with bread crumbs.
5.    Deep fry in cooking oil until golden brown.
6.    Put the balls on barbecue sticks – about 3 balls to a stick.
7.    Serve with chili sauce or mustard.
