Today we’ll be looking how to make some very
DELICIOUS Doughnut! Wow, I personally love this particular doughnut recipe so
much, because it makes very great doughnuts. So what are you still waiting
for?... Let’s get started
Ingredients:

Flour
·
Eggs
·
Yeast
·
Milk
powder
·
Margarine
·
Salt
·
Sugar
·
Optional
[Butter, Flavors: Vanilla or Maple]
Method:
1 tablespoon
yeast + ½ cup very warm water } Soften in a small
bowl.
8 cup white
flour + 2 tablespoon milk powder + 2 teaspoon salt + ¾ cup sugar } stir together in a very large bowl.
1 cup boiling water + ¾ cup
margarine [6 oz] + 1 cup warm water } stir together
in a medium-size bowl to melt margarine.
Bring about 1/3 of the flour from the flour from your large
bowl and stir it smoothly into the medium bowl. Add yeast and 2 Eggs to this mixture.
Pour all of this into the large bowl, and stir well. Turn out
onto a floured board to knead smooth. Return dough to bowl so it can rise
double, for 2 hours. [ It can also rise in the fridge overnight, if you like.]
Roll the dough to about ½ inch thick, and cut “O” shapes with
a 3 inch outside and 1 inch centre hole. [You can use clean tins, open at both
ends.] Set on a clean cloth and allow to rise, then deep-fry in 375 F oil,
turning once.
You can dip the tops in this Frosting:
4 tablespoon Milk[Peak milk preferably] + 4 tablespoon butter
+ ½ teaspoon vanilla or maple flavor + 2 cups [ ½ box] icing sugar } Melt together over low heat.
ENJOY!!! You can enjoy it with a Milkshake or fruit
