you love Ice creams? Yes I do, so today I’ll be showing you how to make the “Chocolate
Fleck Ice Cream” which is one of my personal favorite. I sure you will also
love it, because it’s simply Delicious! So let’s get started.
Ingredient

Eggs
·
Sugar
·
Milk
·
Vanilla
·
Lemon
·
Golden
syrup
·
Heavy
Cream
·
salt
Method
2
eggs + ½ cup sugar + 1/8 teaspoon salt } Beat until
thick and light colored.
½
cup golden syrup + 1 cup heavy cream + 1 cup milk + 1 teaspoon Vanilla + ½
teaspoon lemon juice + and 4 oz German sweet chocolate, grated very finely }Beat in till well blended. Freeze until
almost firm, then beat smooth. Freeze again, beat again. Turn into chilled
dish. Freeze until firm. Then cover airtight.
